Marc Potocsky is a decorative artisan and muralist, contracting and practicing through his Connecticut studio for the past 15 years. He is a member of the Society of Decorative Painters and an Industry Partner of the American Society of Interior Designers. As predominitly self taught artist, Marc has also studied under Mike Macneil world renowned decorative painter and teacher, awarded the Freeman of the Trade by the Worshipful Company of Painters in London England.

MJP has been creating Trompe l'Oeil, Murals and custom faux finishes for designers, architects, businesses, hotels, churches, public spaces and residential owners in CT, Fairfield & Westchester Counties, Manhattan, NY, NJ, RI, PA, and MA for over fifteen years.
Marc’s work has been featured in magazine and news papers such as New England Home,The Hartford Current, The Boston Globe and others. Marc and his work have appeared on televisions “This Old House”. Marc is dedicated to this art form that is century’s old. Fusing art with architecture, color with texture and the practices of the old masters with the materials of the day. Marc teaches decorative art classes and workshops at the Branford Fine Arts Studio in beautiful shoreline Branford Connecticut where he lives with his wife Kate, his two sons Marc and David and their dog Chewy.
